Turf Masters Brands Expands To Ohio Through Cardinal Lawns Acquisition

ATLANTA, Georgia – January 24, 2025 – Turf Masters Brands, Inc. (“Turf Masters Brands” or the “Company”), a leading provider of recurring residential lawn care services, today announced the acquisition of Cardinal Lawns, a provider of lawn care, tree care and pest control services based in Columbus, Ohio. With the addition of Cardinal Lawns, along with two other recent acquisitions in Georgia (Turf Time and ForeverGro, both located in Loganville, GA), Turf Masters Brands now operates 36 locations across 12 states and employs over 900 team members. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cardinal Lawns serves homeowners throughout greater Columbus, Akron, and Cleveland, OH and expands the Turf Masters Brands footprint into the Ohio lawn care market. Following the acquisition, Cardinal Lawns will continue to serve its long-term customer base with the same team members and brand name.
