Service Champions Expands Footprint to Los Angeles and Riverside
November, 2020 – CenterOak Partners LLC (“CenterOak”), a Dallas-based private equity firm, today announced that its portfolio company Service Champions (the “Company”) has acquired Adeedo! (“Adeedo”), JW Plumbing Heating & Air (“JW”) and A-Avis Home Services (“A-Avis”), three market-leading home services brands serving the Los Angeles and Riverside, California markets. Including these transactions, Service Champions has completed eight acquisitions since CenterOak’s initial investment.
The combination of Adeedo and JW creates the largest residential services provider in the Los Angeles market. Additionally, through the partnership with A-Avis, Service Champions now has a brick and mortar presence in Riverside, which will ensure high quality service and offer access to a talented pool of technicians. Following the acquisitions, Service Champions will make significant investments in new facilities, information technology, and technician training capabilities to support accelerated growth throughout Los Angeles and Riverside.
