Mr. Fojtasek is the Firm’s Chief Executive Officer and a Co-Managing Partner. He chairs the Firm’s Investment Committee and is actively involved in all aspects of the Firm’s strategic and investment objectives. Prior to CenterOak, Mr. Fojtasek was Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Brazos Private Equity Partners, managing $1.4 billion of private equity capital across three private equity funds. Previously, Mr. Fojtasek served as the Chief Executive Officer of Atrium Companies, a leading manufacturer of residential building products and a closely-held family business. As Atrium’s CEO, he led the company through three successful buyouts with both private equity partners and corporate investors.

Mr. Fojtasek serves on the Board of Directors of Shamrock Environmental, HK Solutions Group, HomeTown Services, Turf Masters Brands, Entomo Brands, and Guardian Access Solutions.  He previously served on the Board of Directors of SurfacePrep, CollisionRight, Wetzel’s Pretzels, Vivify, Cascade Windows, Service Champions, FullSpeed Automotive, TruRoad, BlackHawk Industrial, Southern Tide, Lone Star, ORS and SESC and was the lead director of the Board of Rennhack, Cheddar’s and Tri-Northern as well as Vice Chairman of the Board of Ennis-Flint.

Mr. Fojtasek served on the Executive Board of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and is a recipient of the Cox School of Business Distinguished Young Alumni Award. He served on the Board of Trustees of the St. Marks School of Texas, most recently as President of the Board, and has also served as Chairman of both the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Museum of Art. He is a former member of the Board of Directors and Strategic Planning Committee at North Texas Public Broadcasting.

Mr. Fojtasek received a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He also attended Franklin College, Lugano, Switzerland.
