Mr. Vetter is an Operating Partner of CenterOak focused on the Firm’s investment activities in the Industrial Growth sector. Mr. Vetter currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ennis-Flint, a Brazos global traffic safety business. Mr. Vetter has served as Chief Executive Officer of Ennis-Flint since the merger of these two businesses in 2012, elevating to this role following eight years as Chief Executive Officer of Flint, which he purchased from the founder in 2004. Mr. Vetter aided Brazos in the due diligence of Eberle Design, a Brazos Fund III portfolio company.
Mr. Vetter’s prior experience includes more than 25 years of owning and managing middle-market companies across a number of industries. Mr. Vetter has previously served as public accounting manager for KPMG, Vice President of Finance of ABC / Cap Cities Publishing Division and Vice President of Finance and Administration for a privately held publishing firm.
Mr. Vetter serves on the Board of Directors of Ennis-Flint.
Mr. Vetter received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a concentration in Accounting.
